Naomi has over 20 years experience in operations leadership and transformations programs. She is the founder of the behavioural science group "Climate Communicators". She is a peace activist and serves as an executive Committee Member with the Business Council for Peace NGO. Naomi’s intersectional work focuses on the current planetary polycrises of climate breakdown, biodiversity collapse, economic loss, and humanitarian meta-crises.
